Michael was first introduced into crossfit in 2014 from his Uncle. He was fresh out of high school and was looking for new ways to improve his health and fitness.
He fell in love with the daily grind and unmatched community from Kaizen CrossFit, the gym his uncle owned at the time.
He loved it so much he wanted to start coaching and share his passion of functional fitness with the world.
On his quest to become a better coach Michael went on several different courses to improve his knowledge in the different areas of Crossfit ranging from weightlifting to gymnastics to nutrition etc…
He has now coached over 10,000 hours and over hundreds of clients.
